As an avid movie fan I can't not be a fan of the Academy Awards airing this sunday Febuary 22 on ABC. Sure it's super long, boring at parts, and rewards pictures that I never even heard of at times ,but I still love them. This is the highest award that any artist can ever receive and it can change a career overnight. This year I am amongst the majority of people who is awaiting an oscar to be awarded to the late Heath Ledger for his breathtaking turn as the joker in "The Dark Knight".

Rihanna Abuse Pic Reveled??

I knew it would happen sooner or later. Pictures of a battered Rihanna were posted recently on TMZ and it shows just about all the damage that was believed to be in last weeks police report. If these pictures are to be believed, and you must consider the source, then chris brown did one hell of a job working Ri Ri over. I am a fan of the singers music, not her overall personality but I wish her a speedy recovery none the less.

Obama's Stimulus Package Finalized

I made a vow to only talk about celebrity related issues on this blog but for my first official post on here i'm waving that. But if you really think about it i'm not because what celebrity out there is bigger then Obama? Um let me see... none of them! Within his first few weeks in office the President of the United States has passed his first major bill with his groundbreaking stimulus package worth 787 billion dollars. This should make all his doubters shut the hell up for awhile right? But I hardly doubt they would. It took Bush 8 years to help bring the U.S to hell and Obama a month to try and bring it back. Naysayers be damned Obama keep up the good work!!
